3ivX
3ivx is an MPEG4 video codec that uses libfaad1 for AAC decoding support in its MP4 directshow filters.

Foobar2000
Foobar2000 is a multi-format, high quality audio player. There are plugins for AAC/MP4 input (using libfaad2) and output (using libfaac).
